Service Description

A session focused on improving your mobility and flexibility. A simple approach to the active person. In this session we cover overall body stretches from general to deep back muscles to help improve your ROM (range of motion) and help alleviate body tension. Paired with pin and stretch techniques and active release and stretching we can dramatically change your body's current range of motion with at least minimizing areas of pain and discomfort. *Note: This session will require you to wear comfortable clothing, such as active wear not jeans or rough materials.
